Shipping Policy for BatX Labs
1. Shipping Carrier
All physical items, including custom hardware and 3D-printed components, are shipped exclusively via UPS Standard.
2. Shipping Costs
The customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs. Your final shipping fee is calculated directly at checkout based on current UPS standard rates and the size or weight of your order.
3. Processing vs. Shipping Time
Please note that custom hardware builds take time to assemble. The shipping timeframe you see at checkout only begins after the physical build is fully completed and ready to leave the lab.
